Closed For Construction

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! Our friends at Core Fitness are finishing up their construction for their new and exciting class: Aerial Yoga! Therefore, we will be closed on Friday, August 31st in the evening through Monday, September 3rd. Classes will resume on Tuesday, September 4th. Thank you very much to all of our clients for their patience and continued support during the construction. We cannot wait for Core Fitness’ Aerial Yoga classes to begin! Free Community Spin Fusion!

Our FREE Community Spin Fusion is less than a week away! Join us on August 23rd, at 6:30 P.M. for a Spin Fusion with Melissa. All new and returning riders welcome. Sign up online using the TULA link from our website, www.beverlyrideon.com or message us and we can register you. There is a 15 rider limit, so sign up soon!! After the class, Beth Davis will be giving a talk on “Kicking the Sugar Habit” at 7:15. All are welcome to come to this discussion after the class.
