#tiptues Spinning bikes are specially designed to fit people of all sizes and abilities. Each bike is adjustable, allowing you to change your seat and handlebar height to create the perfect fit. With the proper setup you minimize the risk of injury and receive the full benefits of the Spinning program. As a new client, be sure to arrive to class 15 minutes early to talk to your instructor about bike safety and so him/her can help you with bike setup procedures. Most importantly, remember that you are in control. Focus on form and breathing. Ride at a comfortable pace and learn the basic seated movements before you advance to standing or jumping.
