Beverly Ride On offers cycling oriented workouts that focuses on cardio, exercise, and fun. Our instructors are Johnny G Spinning Certified, and well-versed to get the most out of each client, whether you are new to spin classes or an experienced spinner. We have recently introduced combination Spin + TRX classes, as well as full TRX classes. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight and the TRX Suspension Trainer to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.
