Intro To Spin: a walk in class designed for individuals who are new to Spinning or fitness and may be intimidated by a high-intensity Spin class. The course will cover topics such as a basic orientation to the Spin bike, movements on bike.
Spin Fusion: Spin intervals with Pilates-based upper body and core strength.
Spin Sculpt: Ramp up your ride with the addition of weights and bands to put your upper body to work! Now you can build a lean and toned upper body while enjoying a kick butt lower body workout. This 50 minute class is designed to maximize results and take your ride to the next level.
Spin & Strength: This 75 minute class combines 45 minutes of spin, 30 minutes of intense weight training and dynamic stretching.
