Meet Your Instructor Monday


#‎meetyourinstructormonday‬ This Monday, we are introducing Christine Funk. Following the birth of her second son, Christine Funk decided to make some changes in life. After one year of dedicated dieting and exercise, Christine managed to lose over 100 pounds and has kept it off for the past seven years. Her love of Pilates lead her to Core Fitness and two years ago she started up their Plus Size Pilates program. In addition to her certification in mat and apparatus achieved through Core in Training and her continuing education in sports nutrition and body composition, Christine recently completed her certification as a Spinning instructor. She looks forward to the exciting challenges presented by this opportunity and hopes to help others benefit from cardiovascular health and fitness. Interested in taking a spin class with Christine?
