Spin Sculpt


Anyone looking for a full body workout won’t want to miss Spin Sculpt 8:30am on Thursdays with Cathy. Ramp up your ride with the addition of weights and bands to put your upper body to work! You can build a lean and toned upper body while enjoying a kick butt lower body workout. This 50 minute class is designed to maximize results and take your ride to the next level. All levels are welcome.
