Tip Tuesday


#Tiptues With the stress of the holidays and cold & flu season ahead, we cannot push the importance of hydration enough! Always be sure you are drinking enough fluids, and even then DRINK MORE. If you are bouncing back from being sick, be sure to listen to your body. Don’t over exert yourself trying to keep up with everyone in class or the person next to you. Go at your own pace, only you are in control.
