Tip Tuesday

#Tiptues “Posture is so important on the spin bike. As our bodies begin to tire, it easy to lose form. Be consistent with checking your positioning. Knees should be in line with your hips and not arching in or out. Feet should be flat and too in line with your hips and knees. Elbows should always have a slight bend. Your head should be up and looking forward to prevent any neck strain.”
-Molly Carroll, Spinning Instructor
