Classes Offered

Below are the exciting classes Beverly Ride On has to offer:

Spin: A 50 minute class filled with energizing music and visualization in a motivating group setting. This class is catered to all fitness levels because riders are in control of their own ride, with an instructor to help guide the way.

Candlelight Ride: a relaxing ride with calming music and candlelight.

Extended Spin: 60 minutes of spin for the advanced spinner looking to shake up their regular routine.

Express Spin: This 30 minute class includes sprint, run, and climb intervals to get your heart rate up quick!

Spin Fusion: This 50 minute class is a combination of Spin intervals with upper body and core strength. We spend a strong 25 minutes on the bike, 25 minutes doing abs, back, and arms, and 5 minutes of dynamic stretching.

Spin + TRX: This 50 minute class is a combination of Spin intervals with the TRX Suspension Trainer™ to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, power, core strength, and heart health. 25 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes using TRX, and 5 minutes of dynamic stretching.

Spin Sculpt: Ramp up your ride with the addition of weights and bands to put your upper body to work!  Now you can build a lean and toned upper body while enjoying a kick butt lower body workout. This 50 minute class is designed to maximize results and take your ride to the next level.

Spin, Strength, & Stretch: The ultimate workout! This 60 minute class combines 20 minutes of energizing Spin to build heat and challenge your endurance, 20 minutes of strength training that will build strength while keeping your heart rate up, and 20 minutes of revitalizing yoga focusing on flexibility and recovery…. with a relaxing deep stretch at the end.

Threshold Ride: Each 50 minute class is geared towards slowly increasing your strength and endurance, while improving your cardiovascular system.

TRX: This 50-minute class will perform seven basic movements with the TRX Suspension Trainer™ to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, power, core strength, and heart health. 

Express TRX: A fast-paced 30 minute full body workout using the TRX Suspension Trainer™.
